Job Qualifications
â ¢ 3-5 years of work experience in the steel construction industry. Preference given to those with intermediate to advanced pre-engineered metal building and insulated metal panel experience.
â ¢ Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
â ¢ OSHA 10/30 training.
â ¢ Skills needed:
o Connecting
o Rigging
o Detailing
o Sheeting (IMP)
o Trimming
Job Requirements
â ¢ Must be able to work up to 60 hrs./week in stressful situations and in adverse conditions.
â ¢ Must be dependable and show up to work each day.
â ¢ Must be fully-tooled with all of the necessary hand tools to perform the work.
â ¢ Must be drug-free, be able to pass E-Verify and a background check, and have reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits
â ¢ Wage: $18-$22/hr. based on experience.
â ¢ Competitive per diem and monthly travel allowance paid.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
