ecan only run basic queries or may require raw information to be provided); may require assistance in determining the focus of report; is familiar with basic SIGINT reporting policies; may require familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories to conduct research that would enhance reporting the ability to pull information from multiple sources and combine it into reports/products in response to requests by management and external customers; and requires mentorship and/or significant guidance from Government personnelQualificationso TYPICAL EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Masters and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and fifteen years or more experienceYears of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
o At least 12 years demonstrated experience related to job description, with a high school diploma or GED, or an Associates degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
o Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph and be willing and able to pass an additional polygraph as required.
o At least 12 years demonstrated experience related to job description, 2 of which must have been within the last 5 years.
o 3 years of experience as a SIGINT Geospatial Analyst, Network Exploitation Analyst, or Target Digital Network Analysto Experience in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports.
o Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic.
o Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.
o Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
o Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development.
o Demonstrated application of advanced SIGINT reporting, e.
gthe use of STI, unusual tearlines, Post-Publication actions, RFIs, etco Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates incorporating independent research to enhance reportingo Demonstrated ability to independently discover reportable information within office workflow toolsSAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadlineCovid Policy:
