Summary:
Our client, the PRIME (a federal government contractor), is seeking a qualified Enterprise Data Center Architect in support of client located at Hill AFB, UtahEssential Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Design and construct databases and perform data access analysis design, and archive/recovery design and implementation.o Develop data warehousing blueprints, evaluate hardware and software platforms, and integrate systems.o Review and develop object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.o Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.o Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.o Integrate new systems with existing enterprise structure and refine system performance and functionality.o Develop and document database architectures via database architectural strategies at the modeling, design, and implementation stages.o Develop enterprise database solutions by designing a proposed system; defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery.o Determine database structural requirements by analyzing enterprise operations, applications, and programmingEducation, Certification & Experience Requirements o Bachelor's degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experienceo Ten (10) or more years of experience.o Active Secret ClearanceRecommended Certifications:
o Oracle Database Administration 2019 Certified Professional o Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
o Identity and Access Management.o Oracle Audit Vault and Database Vault Firewall version 12.x and higher.o Oracle Database Backup Cloud Service.o Oracle Database Cloud Service.o Oracle Database Enterprise Edition version 11g and higher.o Oracle Database Vault version 11g and higher.o Alation Enterprise Data Catalog (or similar data intelligence platform).
