Years with PhD Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience at a System Program Office (or higher-level staff) executing/overseeing program(s) in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) or similar acquisition program phase.Understanding of integration across multiple areas of an ACAT II and III level programs.Understanding of Control Account Management responsibilities.Exceptional customer engagement, writing, and communication skills.Experience creating presentation content for executive level meetings and conducting senior level meetings.Understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of Energy (DoE) acquisition and program management processes.Experience authoring and/or compiling/editing acquisition reports, especially those provided to Congress (e.gCRRs), OSD (e.gDAES), and/or SAF (e.gMAR).Strategic thinker and innovator with continuous improvement mindset.Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management.Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.ICBM weapon system and/or program support experience.DoD Secret Security ClearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
