Manage the design, planning, development, and successful launch of applications, features and enhancements to custom and off-the-shelf digital products Oversee project life cycle of application development Develop and finalize cost estimates, project schedule, and design tasks Prepare and present project-related information to program leads Ensure appropriate data management and integration Oversee workload planning including resources needed to achieve project goals Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management Schedule and lead brainstorming activities surrounding development functionality Explore new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging program initiatives Provide division-wide administration of Jira and Confluence systems Track and manage multiple systems access requirements for all division personnel and external stakeholdersLocationWhy Utah? years of experience (or 5 years with MS) in a technical discipline Must have a Secret (or higher) security clearance Experience leading multiple, concurrent project teams Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, SQL, HTML, Java, C++ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations, technical expertise, and leadership levels Project management experience with software development Comfortable working in a fast-paced matrix environment supporting multiple project leads Solution-oriented thinking and action Ability to effectively communicate, assign, and evaluate tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skillso Proficiency with developing reports including pivot tables, charts, and spreadsheets Bachelors in Construction, Logistics, Computer Science, Environmental, or GIS field Proficiency with developing reports including pivot tables, charts, and spreadsheets ICBM field experience with history of providing innovative digital solutions Active Top Secret Clearance Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
