Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Configuration Manager to to join our team supporting sustainment efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system at the Strategic Missile Integration Complex (SMIC).
The ICBM System Program Office must ensure a safe, secure, and reliable weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command) through 2040.
The SMIC is a world-class Test and Evaluation facility that is used to test nuclear and ballistic missile systems by simulating missile squadrons.
This candidate will work with a highly skilled engineering team while providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for integration testing activities.
Candidate will oversee the lifecycle of unique test equipment to include, identifying data requirements, acquiring data from project and test teams, and verifying and accepting data to include quality verification, marking, and management of data.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills 10 years of experience (8 years with a masters) Understanding of system Lifecycle Management Understanding of configuration and data administration and associated management functions Experience with data or intellectual property rights for technical data, data delivery, storage, management and the use of data Experience working across multiple levels of network classifications and environments Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Minuteman III Weapon System and/or SMIC Systems Experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher Highly analytical and organized Attention to detail with good time management Excellent communication skills Ability to align or realign deliverables with program needs/outcomes Experience creating professional documents, presentations and spreadsheets with MS Office.
Knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B, DoD 5010.
12 and/or EIA-649-1 guiding principles Current Secret clearance or higher.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$103590 - $176130 Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
