normal; The ideal candidate will have seven (7) years of technical cost analysis experience with an emphasis on schedule and earned value management.
Must have at least seven (7) years of progressive DoD, e.
g.
Air Force, Navy, Army, Missile Defense Agency and other DoD organizations or any AF ACAT I level acquisition program cost analysis experience.
Experience with schedule, analysis tools, e,g, MS Project, Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse, Acumen Risk, JACS, and SQL and other Government programs is desired.
Proficiency in performing program system level schedule analyses and oversight; generating schedule assessments; and preparing reports/presentations A working knowledge of Department of Defense acquisition project scheduling, schedule management, scheduling, and earned value management guidelines are required.
The position requires an organized, detailed-oriented individual with strong customer-oriented communication skills, and must be proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Office Suite (e.
g.
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
Successful candidates must possess and/or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

citizenship required Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
