Job Description The HR Manager will provide leadership over all employee-related matters for the company including recruiting, new-hire selection, employee relations, training, onboarding, benefits and assisting with payroll.
They will also participate in the annual strategic planning and will be expected to look for opportunities that support and build our cutting-edge team.
What You Will Do:
Actively participate in maintaining a fun and collaborative culture Establish trust and maintain professional relationships with all levels of employees Screen, recruit, and interview applicants who qualify for open positions Conduct new hire employee orientations/onboarding and initial safety training and/or exit interviews Attend staff meetings, jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, safety meetings, and safety training Oversee safety and HR Training coordination regarding all safety related programs Conduct new hire employee orientations/onboarding and/or exit interviews Review and revise employee handbook based on facility's policy and procedures Review and track document compliance, employee trainings, assessments, etc.
which includes and is not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, OSHA, and training Participate in the development of personnel policies and procedures Coordinate monthly employee coaching and annual employee performance evaluation processes Assist with payroll related matters as needed Ensure administration of all benefit programs Coordinate and deliver training programs Comply with Utah state and Federal employment laws and regulations Review all employee discipline and grievances Develop annual Human Resource budget based on historical data and trends and make recommendations as necessary All other duties as assigned What You Will Bring:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
